Common problem solving methods:
*The switch is stuck and cannot be rotated: the sharp tool can be inserted into the edge of the circular hole of the switch to pull out the switch
*The switch cant be opened: Check if the wheel is clamped too tightly. If the wheel is too tight, replace the left and right wheels
* Wheels are not in place: clean the impurities in the bracket, add some lubricant to the friction parts and switches between the brackets
