Wire burners are the ideal turning accessory to give your turning project clean, sharp lines and unique detail. The easy to use wire burners lightly burn or etch the work piece when you hold the wire up against the spinning piece on the lathe. Doing this causes friction and produces a clean line on your project adding a unique look that is otherwise difficult to achieve. The wire burners are available in three different lengths: 6” item (item # 7509) for Pens and small turnings, 9” (item # 7510) for tables legs and other larger spindles, 18” (item # 7511) for use on bowls, plates and larger faceplate projects.
