Magnetic Arc Extinguishing

AC has a zero-crossing point, but DC does not, so DC arc is more difficult to extinguish than AC arc, which is why AC circuit breakers can not be used for DC power, and DC circuit breakers can be used for AC power. This DC mini circuit breaker is equipped with a magnetic field system under the breaking contacts, which can pull the arc to the arc extinguishing chamber to assist arc extinguishing.

Polarity Marked

This DC air switch has no polarity requirement in use, and the positive and negative poles can be reversed. However, the installation, use and maintenance of DC circuits are based on polarity requirements. Therefore, in order to provide a reliable indication and reference for power distribution, we strongly recommend that you wire according to the marked polarity.

Tunnel Terminal

✔ Clamping Design

The terminal blocks are clamped for a secure connection with a tightening torque of 2.5 N.m. (The soft silicone wire needs to be crimped with copper to fix the wire ends before wiring.) When connecting, make sure the wires are tightly connected to prevent loosening and heating. The terminals are tin-plated for improved conductivity, corrosion resistance and durability.
