Watching Netflix Movie Via TV Stick

Be sure to select HDMI as input source and make wifi connection on the projector

● Due to HDCP protocol, all projectors dont support streaming movies from Netflix/ Hulu/Amazon Prime/Disney over the phone. Instead, you can stream these contents by plugging a TV Stick / Laptop.

● Do1lby sound is not supported. If there is no sound while watching Netflix movie with TV Stick, please go to Sound Settings on your TV stick and select Auto Detect or PCM. Once selected, the projector can decode the audio from the stick.

● Our projector only responds to the original remote control.

Hook it to external Bluetooth speakers/Headphones

● The Bluetooth function can only send the audio signal to external Bluetooth speakers; Unable to pair the projector with the phone/PC.

● Please make sure your Bluetooth device is in pairing mode before the Bluetooth connection.

● Bluetooth does not work for video streaming. But only support connecting with an external Bluetooth speaker or soundbar.

● If you want to get rid of the lag, you might move your Bluetooth device closer to the projector to minimize the interference of environment.

● The maximum supported capacity of a FAT32 formatted USB drive is 128GB.

● Playing downloaded movies by plugging a USB disk into the USB port on the projector. Then select Media→USB→Movie to watch the content you love.

● 4k video is supported, but Do1by sound is not supported. There is no sound when playing a video with Do1by sound effects through a USB flash drive.

How to watch movies from Netflix, Prime Video, etc?

Due to HDCP protocol, wireless screen mirroring doesnt work for streaming movies from Netflix/ Hulu/Amazon Prime/Disney. (No sound or no image). Please play these videos by connecting a TV Stick or Laptop via HDMI input.

How to play 4K videos?

4K video can be played by connecting the iPhone with iPhone Lightning cable; Connecting a Laptop/TV stick via the HDMI ports; Connecting a U disk via USB port. Rather than an Xbox stick or other 4k devices.

Why cant the projector and my mobile phone share the same screen?

For iOS System: Please make sure both your iOS device and projector are connected to the same routers WiFi.

For Android System: Please turn on the WLAN on Android device. WiFi connection on the phone is not necessary, the same applies to projector.

Why is there no sound from my projector when playing video on Chromecast, Roku or Firestick?

Do1by sound is not supported. Please turn off Do1by sound on your connected devices or Apps. You cannot use Bluetooth to pair your mobile phone with this projector, because the projector can only send the signal to external Bluetooth speakers.

How to avoid Audio lag when using Bluetooth function？

We recommend using Wired Screen Mirroring, HDMI connection, USB Drive connection while hooking up to a Bluetooth Speaker. Move your BT device closer to the projector. Adjust the latency(Lip Sync) on your device.
