Step 1

It is recommended to wrap plumber tape 2-3 wraps (Freely provided in the box) around the threads of the shower arm only.

Hand tightens the threaded end of the shower arm and mount clockwise onto the exposed shower arm threads until tight. No need for tools.

Step 3

Seat the washer firmly into the hose hex nut. Hand-tighten the hose nut clockwise onto the shower arm mount. No need for tools.

Seat the washer firmly into the hose conical nut. Carefully align the threads of the hose directly to the hand shower.

Why is it so hard to rotate the top brass ball joint of holder by hand? Is this a defective product?

The qualified products should be difficult to rotate the holder. Only after installation, its easy to rotate the brass ball. Lever principle.

Will this fit most brands shower heads?

Yes, it will fit. BATHPRO uses the standard 1/2" connection, the same as the threads on so many brands Hand Held Shower Head.

Is this Item really all BRASS or as described, is it brass plated?

No, it is plastic as most of them are. But the pivoting ball is solid brass, which is the most useful.

Does this suction shower holder strong enough to hold the shower head up?

Our shower holder does not have a suction holder
