These are quick change surface conditioning scrim black (SCSB) discs with R fastening system. They are designed for removing heavy rust and oxidation as well as gasket and paint removal. The Type III fastener features a roll-on/roll-off style. The higher cut rates reduce time, effort and cost. It is also more rigid and aggressive than buffing pads.
