Our Story - Designed & Developed by a Dentist
Dr. Anthony Lovat is a dentist, family man & founder of OPRO; the largest & most innovative mouthguard company in the world.
OPRO was born from an idea at Anthonys kitchen table over 25 years ago. The idea was that all children should have reasonably priced access to the best protection for their teeth & gums when playing contact sports. Anthony began organising school & sports club dental visits, taking impressions of childrens teeth & manufacturing dentist grade Custom-Fit mouthguards.
Pro athletes then started to see the benefits of these superior mouthguards & gradually OPRO began to gain recognition within elite sport. So much so that today OPRO is the Official Supplier to New Zealand Rugby, England Rugby, Welsh Rugby, Great Britain Hockey, the UFC & many more.
Whats more, OPRO won the Queens Enterprise Award for Innovation twice, presented at Buckingham Palace!
