What is main difference between Standard Black and Waterproof Black?
The main difference between Standard Black and Waterproof Black lies in their surface materials, which results in different performances when they come into contact with water:
- Standard Black: Its surface is covered with a layer of fabric (lycra). Despite being a waterproof product, when it comes into contact with water, even if you wipe it dry, the surface will still absorb some water, making it feel slightly damp.
- Waterproof Black: In contrast, its surface is covered with a layer of TPU material. This material has waterproof properties, so when it comes into contact with water, you can simply wipe it dry, and the surface will not absorb water, keeping it relatively dry.
Therefore, if you need better waterproofing, Waterproof Black is the better choice, as it does not absorb water and keeps the surface dry when exposed to water. Standard Black, on the other hand, may retain some dampness under wet conditions. Choosing the right product depends on your usage needs and environment.
