In order to improve your app experience and safe riding, we optimized and upgraded the app and firmware of scooters. Please download the upgraded version of the App "Yadea" and update the firmware for the upgraded dashboard and controller program.

2. Why the scooter does not turn on?

Please make sure the high-quality cable on the handlebar is connected to the cable inside the stem.

3. How to add the scooter to the app?

Please download and install the app "Kick scooter" from App store or Google Play store first, turn on the scooter, turn on bluetooth and internet connection on the phone and scan the QR code on the manual to connect with the scooter. Please keep your phone close to the scooter.

4. Should I charge the scooter before the first ride? How to store it if I do not use it?
