Spark R & D made this binding lighter without hindering performance by reinforcing the Rip N Flip highback with carbon to keep the stiffness without the weight. It seems like Spark thought of everything to make this professional model as light as possible; even the included hardware and Pebax pillow straps are lighter than the original model.
