Description
This spot welding machine features high-quality sheet metal housing, which is very durable. 600W power can realize spot welding in a shorter time. High-precision current regulations and tungsten needle welding head bring you professional, smooth, and solid welding.It can be used for the rapid welding of platinum, gold, K gold, silver, and steel.
Please note that only 0.5-1.5mm diameter can be welded. Too thick or too thin can not be welded.
How to Operate
1. Connect the power cord.
2. Install the hand-held welding gun/pedestal, fixture, foot switch, and tungsten needle in turn
3. Turn on the power switch.
4. Adjust the height of the tungsten needle(the welding head should extend about 1.96in.).
5. Adjust the coarse tune knob and fine tune knob.
6. Adjust welding distance.
7. Hold the workpiece with the fixture.
8. Step on the foot switch with your foot (move your foot away quickly), and the spot welding is completed.
