FAQ: If the LED light flashes or turn red, and the wireless charging dock cannot charge your devices, how can I deal with this problem?

1. Make sure your device supports the QI wireless charging function before using this wireless iPhone charger. Update your device to the latest system; Check whether your Airpods is the version that support wireless charging or not; Only charge Apple watches;
2. Adjust the position to ensure the device is placed on the central of wireless charging area ;
3. Testing with other USB-C cable or adapter (not QC 2.0) to confirm whether the problem is from the cable or adapter, message us, we are free to replace it for any defective parts.
4. Check the case of your devices to confirm the case is exclude metal foreign objects, magnetic and metal attachments, ensure the thick of case is less than 3mm too. otherwise it will lead to an LED flash and prevent charging.
5. Please check the system of your device and update it to latest version, restart you phone when light flash red.
6. If your phone is iphone 12/13 mini, this charger is not suggested, once you have it and not charging in portrait mode, dont worry, please charge your phone in landscape mode.
