Is this cover waterproof?

It is totally weather resistant. I have tested my covers for a couple weeks, they keep my patio furnitures dry and clean very well.

How is the quality of this cover？

The quality is very good, and it is still new after 12 month of wind and rain outside.

Will the water come through the seams?

Last week we had heavy rain here. When I lifted it up next day, no cushions get wet. The waterproof tape on the top seams works.

Does it fade easily?

It doesnt seem to fade easily. Its been almost 10 months since I bought it and its still the same color.

How about tear resistance?

It has been windy for nearly two weeks recently. Fortunately, the furniture cover didnt seem to be affected, and it was firmly attached to my dining chair set.
