Installation Step

Step 1

  • Please align the two pegs of the tensioner belt tool and the two holes of the tensioner,Also check if the semicircular bolt which at the pivot point of the tensioner blet tool and the tensioner adjustment bolt are aligned with each other.

Step 2

  • Rotate the belt tensioner with the long handle compress the tensioner spring.

Step 3

  • Insert the locking pin to fix the tensioner spring in place, and the serpentine belt will loose. and then replace the belt from the pulley.
