1. Make sure the device is already connected to Wi-Fi.

2. Unplug all input port cables and plug the adapter back in. Keep the device turned off and the input port disconnected. Wait for fifteen minutes.

How to make the device supports AI lighting effects for more games?（Step 2）

After step 1, check if the firmware can be upgraded after connecting on the App. If detected, more games can be supported after the upgrade is completed. If it is already at the latest version, please check whether new games are available.

What should I do if the light brightness is low in Video Mode?

First of all, please connect the device to WiFi. After waiting for 4 hours, a pop-up box will pop up on Govee Home APP, to remind you to upgrade the firmware. Please confirm that your device firmware is upgraded to the latest version (V 1.00.26.12).

My monitor supports HDMI 2.1, what if there is no screen display or the screen flickers?

The game box does not support HDMI 2.1 functions, please set the HDMI2.1/2.0 input port to AV mode and turn off the HDMI 2.1 related functions (G-sync, VSR, VRR, ALLM, 4K120Hz, etc.).

What should I do if there is no sound when playing Dolby Atmos?

Dolby Atmos requires HDMI 2.1 support, but you can use multiple HDMI cables to connect input devices, audio, game boxes, and monitors in series for transfer playback (requires audio support for eARC functionality).
