Dear customer, if you encounter problems in use after purchasing the product, please refer to our product troubleshooting method following.
(After you unpack the box, please check whether the accessories of the product are complete and assemble the product correctly. Please refer to the video we provide for specific assembly steps.)
Common Issues:
***The cradle is not stable/The baby slides sideways in the cradle
When the cradle is stationary, please turn off the rotary switch on the bracket first, and fix the straps under the cradle to the frame of the storage frame to keep the sleeping cradle stable.
When the cradle keeps shaking, please fasten the baby with a fixed strap (included in the product accessories) to prevent the baby from sliding as the cradle swings.
*** No music
First of all, make sure that the product is normally powered on and turned on;
Check whether the Bluetooth connection is normal;
Adjust the volume to avoid no music due to mute.
*** Not working: The cradle is not rocking
First of all, please make sure that the product is powered on normally and turned on;
Then check whether the indicator light on the control panel is normally on; check whether the battery has power before using the remote control;
Turn on the rotary switch on the basket bracket;
Adjust the rocking intensity of the cradle through the control panel or remote control.
