About "White Dust"

  1. The use of water with a high mineral content may result in white minerals (white dust) being left on the surface of the room near the humidifier, the white dust depends on the water used, the higher the mineral content (or the harder the water) the greater the likelihood of white dust.
  2. If you notice a lot of “white dust” during use, it is not caused by the humidifier demineralization cartridge or the humidifier, it is only caused by the minerals suspended in the water.
