How to Learn Riding
Day 1: Hold the handrail with both hands, sit steadily on the saddle, try rocking the unicycle back and forth, and gradually find a balance point.
Day 2: Try one or two laps of riding with one hand against the wall, practice repeatedly and gradually to find a balance point, then try multiple laps of riding.
Day 3: Based on multiple rounds of riding with one hand against the wall, try riding with one hand against the tree (every few meters) and practice repeatedly.
Day 4: Repeat the practice of the third day, and increase the interval appropriately.
Day 5: Bravely ride forward without resorting to external forces. Start by cycling one or two laps, then let go of the ride, extending the time of the ride a bit.

Notes
1.The pedal must be tightened before riding.
2.The pedals have L and R markings on them (L: left/R: right). Please be careful not to install them reversely.
3.Proper height of the seat: When you are sitting on a unicycle with one foot at the lowest position on the pedal, your legs should be almost straight. Please insert the frame into the appropriate depth according to your height and then tighten it.
