Interlock switch kit for generator:
① Please Measure the Interval Between the Main and Generator Breaker First.
② Use on indoor or outdoor main breaker panel load centers, if they have the 3 1/4 to 4 Inch space between the main and generator breaker, may fit.
③ Compare with the transfer switch, interlock kit for generator does not need a separate gen breaker panel or special cover. Quickly convert existing homeline load centers into backup power solutions.
④ There are some plays in the connection between the generator breakers and it may be some movement. Zip ties go around the generator breaker and adjacent breakers to hold them solidly to the panel. This helps keep the generator breaker from shifting.
