There are water stains on the machine. Is this normal?
Dont worry, its normal. We have tested each machine underwater. This is the water stain left by the test and it does not affect the use.
When the robot is already working underwater, I tried to change the mode with the app, but it doesnt seem to work?
Due to possible signal loss underwater, we recommend that you first connect the pool robot to the app while it is onshore, set the cleaning mode, and then put it into the pool for cleaning.
Can the robot be used in saltwater pools?
It can work in a salt water pool, but I dont recommend you do that. This is because the harsh environmental conditions will reduce the life of the machine.
How do I store it?
After cleaning, drain and clear the filter, and store the machine indoors away from sunlight to avoid reducing the plastic housings lifespan.
