Lubrication Procedure for Treadmill Belt
- Install the pointed cap with attached tube.
- Raise one side of the treadmill belt and slide the tube underneath it, positioning it around halfway along the belt. Apply approximately half an ounce (one-eighth of the bottle) of lubricant from the center of the belt out towards the edge.
- Repeat the previous step on the opposite side.
- Switch on the treadmill and walk or jog on it for 3 minutes.
