♠ THE 1998 DECK PLAYING CARDS WILL TAKE YOUR CARD GAME TO HIGHER HEIGHTS! When one calculates land mass to global influence, Jamaica is arguably one of the most influential countries on earth. For such a small land mass to have sp infused the planet with it’s style, sound, food, lingo and sports acumen is beyond extraordinary. I (the artist) am proud to have Jamaican blood running through my veins, and although The 1998 Deck is a hip hop project, I couldn’t not finish the collection without paying homage to my Mother’s homeland and the titans of industry it has produced. ‘We lickle but we tallawah’ ♥ So the NEXT time you play a game of Kalooki or Poker you can slap down Shabba Ranks and Red Rat to seal your victory! And a full house would not be quite as sweet with out a dash of Patra. THIS DECK IS ABOUT RIVALRY + 90s DANCEHALL. When you play these cards do so with respect to the talent that artists like Yellowman, Lady Saw and Bounty Killer blessed the mic with. Rivalry is in the bones of Dancehall culture, so take it to your kitchen table. But, please do exercise civility ? YOU ARE BUYING DIRECTLY FROM THE ARTIST: Hi, my name is Khia Jackson. Whether you buy or not I am honored that you are taking the time to look at my project. I have done everything from design and delivery all on my own. I have recently taken advantage of Amazon’s amazing platform to get a farther reach. The 1998 Deck has been a labor of love. If you are a real 90s music aficionado you will recognize details in the artwork that are meant complement the artist’s personality. From Bounty Killer the “warlord’ being decked out in gear to go to battle, to Shabba Ranks as an African (Orisha) God. I borrowed from a wide inspiration. When you cop a deck, please know you are buying a true labor of love and passion. Thank you!
