Description

Reliable torsional stub axles use specially formulated "rubber" cords to cushion the turning of the inner bar to create the best suspension on the market today. This progressive torque action provides the best shock absorption, load handling and durability features that are available for all types of trailers. The independent action of each wheel reduces shock transfer and trailer sway. Hubs and bearings sold separately.

Includes (2) torsional stub axles with 1" straight spindles, castle nuts and cotter pins. Spindle arms are positioned at 45° downward starting angle with 2½" of travel. Stub axles do not include flanges for mounting electric or hydraulic brakes. Mounting plate measures 8-5/8" x 4-1/2". Rated 1,000 lbs. per stub, 2,000 lbs. per pair.

Please Note: 18.5 X 8.5 AND 20.5 X 8 "DOUGHNUT" TIRES CANNOT BE USED WITH TORSIONAL AXLES. TIRES WILL NOT CLEAR AXLE ARM. Hubs, bearings or mounting hardware is not included.
