What should I do if the camera screen freezes?

RESET METHOD: You can reset the camera by pressing the reset hole (the reset hole is located near the charging port) with a needle or sharp object. After resetting, fully charge the camera and check that it can operate normally.

How do I export photos from my camera?

The photos taken by the camera exist in the TF card.

1. You can use USB cable to connect the camera (without taking out the TF card) to the computer to export photos;

2. You can take out the TF card and read the data in the TF card to get the photos.

Is the memory card for the camera included in the box?

The camera comes with a built-in TF card. After shooting, images are stored on the TF card.
