How to Use

  1. Fill with 20-40ml of smoke oil.
  2. Connect the wire and pipe to the corresponding port on the tester.
  3. Connect tester with 12V battery: red with positive, black with negative. Dont connect in acontrary way.
  4. Turn on the power switch, tester starts to work.
  5. In about 2 minutes, the pipe‘ll be filled with smoke. Check the leak points. Please use head lamp if necessary. After detection, turn off the power.

Cautions

  1. Dont work with the smoke machine tester continuously more than 8 minutes. Bottom of the smoke diagnostic machine will give out heat, be careful!
  2. Inject paraffin oil or baby oil in leak smoke machine before detecting (oil is not included in the pack)
  3. When you use this smoke leak detector the first time, please fill 20-40ml oil, not beyond this range.
  4. New oil can be filled with only when the smoke is light, and it cant be filled over 15ml everytime.
  5. Please replace the smoke tester oil regularly.
