What is "Seiza"?

Literally translated as “right sitting”, is a Japanese traditional formal sitting style where you kneel with the tops of the feet flat on the floor. It is very painful for many non-Japanese people. But, with this Seiza cushion, it becomes comfortable.

The buckwheat hull inside the Seiza Cushion sustains very well the body weight when sitting in Seiza, so your feet doesn’t become numb neither hurts.
