Lens Installation
Note: in some case have to modify Tigerhoods to fit
- Welding hood
- Protective cover plate
- Auto-darkening welding lens
- Retaining spring for firm helmet
- Put the cover plate first, it must be used in front the auto-darkening welding lens to protect it against impact, scratches, spatter damage etc.
- Place the welding lens with solar panel facing the welding arc and the outside of the welding hood. Make sure the welding hood shell or frame will not obstruct the solar plane and arc sensors.
- Setting the sensitivity, delay time, shade according to your welding applications and welding current.
- Place cover plate behind the welding lens to protect it against dust and general damages.
- Retaining spring for firm hood.
