How can I troubleshoot when experiencing charging issue?
-Remove the protective film from the earbuds.
-Clean the earbuds’ copper charging pins at the lowest part of the stem and the pogo pins inside the charging case with rubbing alcohol to ensure the earbuds are charging properly.
How to connect to a new device?
-Turn off the Bluetooth Setting of original paired device.
-Turn on the Bluetooth Setting of another device.
-Search again for the pairing name "T12 Pro" and click to connect.
What should I do when both earbuds fail to pair with each other or occur connection related issues?
-Usually you just need put both earbuds into charging case, then take them out, both earbuds will automatically get paired with each other successfully.
-If it still not workable for you, please kindly reset them.
How to reset the earbuds?
-Put the earbuds into the charging case and ensure the cover of the charging case is closed, then press the reset button for 5 seconds until the charging case digital screen lights up for 2 seconds.
(Note: After resetting, the earbud can be reconnected to the Bluetooth device. Some Bluetooth devices may need to delete the pairing name on the phone to connect normally)
