JessEm Tool Company has launched an all new Mast-R-Fence III (04400) and Micro Adjuster (04550). Made in Canada out of high quality materials. Features of the Mast-R-Fence III; The base of the fence is red phenolic material which makes for a smooth finish across the table top and is completely flat. The fence faces are machined maple, compared to the MDF fence faces scene on every other fence on the market. The "high boy" ergonomical knobs are now machined aluminum instead of plastic like on the Mast-R-Fence II. The shimming bars are laser engraved for 1/32 and 1/16. The dust port is still the same as the Mast-R-Fence II that is designed with an inside diameter or 2-1/4 vacuum hose fitting and an outside diameter of 2-1/2. All the fasteners and other components on this fence are stainless steel. The fence is within a tolerance of 0.004. The brand new, compatible micro adjuster is also made in Canada. It has all stainless steel components and is machined out of 6061 aluminum.
