-What is the size of the filter and handle?

The size of both the filter and the handle are 51mm.

Why are all the lights blinking?

Make sure the steam knob remains off, pointing to the off position.

If you have just used the steam function, the machine may be overheated, please try to cool down quickly with hot water function.

Why does the new machine fail to extract coffee?

Please use the hot water function before using the machine for the first time:

1. Turn on the machine and it needs to be preheated then the indicator light stops flashing. 2. Turning the steam knob. 3. The steam pipe will start to discharge hot water
