It can be installed in most utility Vehicles on the floor but needs drilling of the metal plate mounts to a flat drillable surface up to 1.5" thickness.

Remove the ScrewsLift the passenger seat and remove three original factory screws. Retain the screws. |
Install Metal PlateInstall metal plate to the bottom of the seat with three screws and one push pin. |
Assemble the HolderAssemble the tool holder as shown. Do not over tighten screws at this time. |
Slide the Holder into the SlotsSlide the tool holder into the slots of metal plate. Tighten the thumb screws. |
