1. Why is my Nintendo switch controller not working?
Please click "System Settings" on the home page and turn on "Pro Controller Wired Communication" from system settings.
2. I turned on the wired connection, why it still does not work?
If you turn on the wired connection still cant work, then you need to rule out whether the wired connection function of your console is normal first. If it is, you can get in touch with us and we will give you further after-sales.
3. My controllers joystick has drifted, how do I fix this problem?
You could try taking the console out of the switch handhled grip controller and plugging it back in. Be careful not to touch the joysticks on either side during this reinsertion process. If you touch the stick, the Switch may misidentify it and the stick will drift.
If the joystick has drifted, please go to setting-Controllers and Sensors, enter the Calibrate Control Sticks, follow the instruction to calibrate the joystick.
4. It only worked for one week and just randomly dies. How do you keep it running?
