Flash and Curing Guidelines:

  • Curing should be a minimum of 90 seconds at 320°F. For the best results 2-3 minutes at 320°F.
  • Flash at 105°C/220°F - 7 - 12 seconds

Clean Up

Ecotex Water Based Press Wash/Ink Degradant

  • Clean excess water based ink on the press, ideal for use between color changes
  • Clean remaining water based ink residue from the screen in the sink or washout booth

For Optimal Use:

  • Mist the screen with water during high volume runs to prevent the ink from drying out
  • Activate just enough ink for the job at hand (if discharge printing)

Heavy Duty Wood Squeegee with rad transparent blade. Available in multiple lengths. WR Blue is ultra-durable solution designed for long print runs because it is extremely water-resistant. PWR is a ready-to-use emulsion that is ultra-fast exposing and highly durable. Ecotex DC Pink Emulsion works with water-based, UV, and plastisol ink systems.
