Why cant I use this stylus on my iPad or not working?

1. Make sure iPad version after 2018 or check compatibility list. 2. All iPad iOS systems must be updated to iOS 12.2 or above. 3. Turn off the "Only Draw with Apple Pencil" on iPad before using it. (Settings>Apple Pencil>Disable Apple Pencil)

it can not pair or connect on iPad?

This stylus pen does not need to be connected to the iPad, it can be used normally when you turn it on.

it can not charge on iPad ?

This stylus pen can not support wireless charging. please charge the stylus for Type-C cable.

i cant able to wirte.

1. Check your iPad Models. 2. Please try after fully charged, make sure the stylus is turned on and the light on. 3. Check if the APP supports writing function 4. Check the iPad is connecting the original Apple pencil, if so, please disconnect it.

Do I need to install an APP or bluetooth to get it to work?

No, there is no need to install any additional APP, you can use it on your iPad when light on. No bluetooth function. If it can not work, please disconnect the Bluetooth connection: Settings > Bluetooth > Apple Pencil > tap "i" > Forget this device.
