Why Wear the Brace to Bed?
The DOSH Brace is a soft foot drop support brace that helps to maintain your foot in neutral or slight dorsiflexion while you sleep and prevents your foot from going into plantarflexion, which can cause discomfort. The adjustable dorsiflexion assist strap, which connects the upper and lower portions of the brace can be adjusted as needed to provide your foot as much or as little stretch as desired. Wearing the DOSH Brace to bed can help to provide the relief you need, especially with the first initial steps upon waking each morning.

Who are We?
We are a couple of coworkers, a Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist from Michigan with over 15 years of combined experience as rehab professionals. We often receive direct feedback from our patients on the pros and cons of many types of braces, splints, and other durable medical equipment. We have listened and we wanted to take action.
