Troubleshooting Tips
ACTIVATE TO BE GREAT- Active pen on a scrap piece of paper or cardboard. Each new GLASS PEN comes with a dry white tip, prime the tip by gently pressing as many as 20-30 times to release the liquid inside. Do Not pump tip while writing, this will cause excess ink to drip or leak.
TIPS COME OUT EASILY - Designed with easily reversible tips for flipping over or replacing, if the tip comes out do not worry, simply put back in and keep writing. (replacement tips sold separately)
CLEAN AND DRY SURFACE - Glass Pen works best on clean, dry surfaces. When using on window glass, wine glass or drinking glass, be sure to apply when the glass is dry and free of condensation for smooth writing and to prevent droplets.
