Q2 - How do I know whether my car has OEM factory Apple carplay?

Plug your iPhone to the car via USB data cable directly, if the phone pops up the pop-up box "USE CARPLAY", it means your car has this function

Q3 - The product seems to not work on my car,what should I do?

1. Please check if your cars CarPlay is activated first !

2. Please download our aftermarket app: OttoPilot , App can be downloaded from App store/Google Store. Follow the instructions to complete the check and upgrade the software version

Q4 - My car doesnt seem to support steering wheel controls or knob controls when using U2-AIR, what should I do?
