- Q: When I use apps such as Netflix on the TV, the soundbar has no sound.
A: Does not support Dolby and DTS, please kindly disable the Dolby and DTS on your TVs, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, Hulu, Youtube, and other streaming video APPs.
- Q: How to quickly disconnect the current Bluetooth device connected by Soundbar?
A: Press and hold the BT button for about 2 seconds to disconnect the current Bluetooth device.
- Q: If the remote is broken, how do I get a replacement?
A: We can provide you with a free remote replacement. We can help you with any product questions.

- The IR code of remote control is not compatible with universal or TV remotes. Free replacement remotes can be provided lifetime.
- For optical connections, please change your TV audio output to optical, and change the audio format setting to PCM. Please make sure the protective caps at the ends of the optical cable are removed before plugging it in.
- HDMI ARC Cable is not supplied. Optical connection is recommended.
