When you first use, remove the equipment and its accessories from the package carefully, boil container and spring parts in salt solution for 3-5 minutes (1 teaspoon per liter of salt)to clean the ham maker.

1. Put prepared meat inside the ham maker.

2. Insert pressure plate with attached spring. The pressure plate should press meat, and the spring should face up.

3. Close ham maker. insert the thermometer for accurate temperature control during the stewing process.

4. Place ham maker into a pot filled with water simmer for about 2-3 hours.

5. When ready, remove the ham maker from water, cool it, and refrigerate until meat is cold. Pour warm or hot water on the machine body to remove meat easily.
