YogaAccessories Pranayama Cotton Yoga Bolster
Our cotton pranayama bolsters provide perfect support for many yoga postures. Designed to support the length of the spine, this bolster facilitates gentle expansion of the lungs to facilitate deeper breathing. These unique bolsters are 25" long by 6" wide and 3" tall.
The sky is the limit for this versatile pranayama bolster pillow. Place the bolster under the length of the spine to promote expansion of the lungs for deeper breathing, or place the bolster under the knees in Shavasana to deepen relaxation. Our bolsters are supportive yet firm and filled with 100% cotton batting. The zippered cotton cover is removable and machine washable. There are handles on each end for easy transport and adjusting.
Please note: Our bolsters are not filled with foam and because of the fluffy nature of cotton the actual measurements are slightly bigger. The measurements given above are from one seam to another. Cotton will settle over time, but you can also remove or add cotton as you wish to achieve your desired firmness.
Care Instructions:
Cover: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, mild detergent. Line dry.
Core: Spot clean only with mild detergent.
