Does it come with the remote switch?

It does not come with the remote switch, but you could order the pressue switch of S-ROD7 on our store.

Does it have a strobe mode?

Sorry, it only have high mode 2500lumens and low mode 300lumens

Why it can not turn on or can not charge？

Before first use, please unscrew the tailcap and remove the insulating film within the battery compartment before screwing the tailcap back on tightly.

How long does it fully charged?

It takes about 5.5 hours to fully charge while your USB power source is insufficient to provide 5V 2A power capacity, the charging time will be longer.

Why the button stop working?

The magnetic tail switch cap is easy to attract iron debris.

Please keep the tail switch cap and the ring surrounding it clean.
