Feature(may vary by option.)

●【Design】Each assembly consists of two stainless steel flat flanges and one Stainless Steel V-band clamp, providing a perfect overlap seam for welding. The exhaust clamp design allows for a gasket free seal.
●【Quick Release Type】This design of 2.5’’ V-band clamp is ideal for applications that require frequent removal. The V-band clamp allows you to quickly connect and disconnect exhaust pipes without having to fumble with nuts or bolts, while providing a leak-free seal with even pressure at the flange.
●【Application】2.5 Inch V Band Clamp with Stainless Steel flanges - Complete V-band kit is ideal for performance exhaust systems, downpipes, catback exhausts, turbo back exhausts and more.
●【Material】Stainless steel 2.5" V band stainless steel male female flange kit is more resistant to corrosion than iron or steel flange kits, high temperature and high pressure, v band clamp durable and shockproof.
●【Suggestion】You can use a drop of anti-seize on the clamps retaining nut. This helps extend the life of the clamp and protects the ability of the fastener. Please feel free to contact us if you have any question about our V band flange clamps, we will give you first reply.

Flange style: male/female
Flange diameter: 2.5 inch
Package included:
2 X female flange
2 X male flange
2 X quick release v-band clamp
1 x wrench tool
Installation:
Each flange needs to be placed at the end of the tube you want to connect, and the tube end seat inserted into the flange step.
Welding 360-degree welds to prevent exhaust gas from escaping. Pay attention to your temperature to avoid warping the flange. The flanges can be welded with MIG or TIG, but TIG is preferred for more thermal control and therefore the possibility of warping is minimized.
The two tubes are then joined together and the convex and concave flanges are interlocked and secured using the provided clamp.
It is always recommended to use an anti-stick lubricant on the fasteners on the exhaust system. It is well known that the thermal effects of hot exhaust components produce brittle and dry fasteners that quickly fail when rotated.
Before fully soldering, be sure to simulate the system in case your design needs to change.
