Description
CUE" stands for the Cadillac User Experience and is designed to provide Cadillac drivers with a complete suite of infotainment, navigation and communication tools for keeping the driver digitally connected. When your old factory screen is non-responsive, your navigation, bluetooth & more dont work, you need to have your cue replacement screen replaced.
The original Designed CUE module screen is equipped with a gel like layer that dries up over time causing the screen to act by itself, looks broken, shattered or spider web like lines appear or simply become unresponsive then the screen on your CUE info tainment only needs to be replaced.

Note:
Please ensure that the gold contact of the screen is facing downwards and be careful with the black clip that holds it as it is very fragile and will cause problems if not done correctly. Also make sure to remove the screen protector underneath the screen if theres any to avoid bubbles appearing inside.
Compatible with original 2013-2017 factory installed CUE units only, not for CUE unit after 08/2017!!!
