Installation Steps:

Make sure you have all the cables needed, power off the all connected devices including your HDMI video source and HDMI display. Then install in the following order:

  1. Connect your HDMI source to the Senders "HDMI IN" connector with an HDMI cable.
  2. Connect an SM/MM fiber cable to the OPT connector on the Sender unit. Plug one of the included power adapters into the DC power jack of the Sender, then plug the power adapter into any reliable power sources.
  3. Connect your HDMI display to the Receivers "HDMI OUT" connector with an HDMI cable.
  4. Connect the other end of the fiber cable to the OPT connector on the Receiver Unit. Plug the second power adapter into the DC power jack of the receiver, then plug the power adapter into any reliable power sources.
  5. Power on all the connected devices. Now, the HDMI extender is ready to use.
