Height
Although it is hard to tell sizing from just height and weight, you can find a size that fits your body as a rough approximate. But if you are heavy around the middle or bust, you should to choose the larger size.
Chest circumference/ Waist circumference
Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your chest (under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and back to the front) or your waist, wrap it around to get the measurement.
