A:linen. I easily wash it after use.
Q:Is this the right size to make bread bowls for soup?
A:I think so. They are small but make a really nice tall loaf. When I make a 1000g flour dough these little Proofing Baskets hold 1/4 of it so they are each one half of a large loaf.
