Q: Why cant clamp completely grip the crossbar?

A: Thats because when the clamp completely grips the crossbar, the background cloth will wrinkle, affecting the shooting effect. Our goal is to fix the background cloth, not the crossbar.

Q: How about the load-bearing performance?

A: The weight of the background frame itself is 2.9 lbs/1.3kg, but its load-bearing performance is excellent, and it can bear approximately 22 lbs/10kg.

Q: Is the tripod convenient to carry?

A: Our tripod can be folded up to a height of 35 inches, making it very compact & lightweight. However, it may be difficult to fit your suitcase (but if your suitcase is large enough). Please dont worry, we have a carry bag that allows you to put all the things into it.
