1.Q: How about the instructions for this coat ?

A: Dry Clean Only. Because the shipping cost is too high, we have to compress the package. When you receive the coat, pls blow the furs with hairdryer and brush it with a combs then make coat smooth by a flat iron (put a piece of fabric on the coat firstly). Or ​You could put coat in the dryer for 5-15 mins so that coats can get the wrinkles out and release original fluffy look of its furs.

2.Q: What size is suitable?

A: We measured each item by hand and then converted it to your countrys size. It should match you well if you have chosen the right size. But this coat is slim fit, if you want it loose, we suggest you choose bigger size.

A: This coat is made of 80% Faux Fur, 20% Polyester.

4.Q: Is the hood removable?

A: No, the hood is irremovable.
