Be Vertical

  • Keep the drill bits vertical to the object when drilling
  • Be sure to make both bit and workpiece stable. Tilted bit is prone to break

Control Speed and Pressure

  • When using bits with a power drill, it is recommended to use them with low speed and drilling pressure
  • The thicker the bits is, the slower speed and pressure should be taken
  • The bigger the step is, the slower speed and pressure should be taken (1000r/s-150r/s)

Stay Cool

  • Friction will accumulate heat between bits and the material being drilled
  • Pay attention to the heat, add water or coolant if necessary

Right Drilled Material

  • Certificated as 60 HRC. DO NOT USE to drill material whose hardness is same as or higher than our product
  • Thick material are recommended to be drilled with drill press, which is more stable and adjustable
  • For high-efficient drilling, thickness of material shall be less than that of each step
