Q1: Why does it leak?
A1: If you experience leakage, an improper installation could have occurred. The solution is as below.
a. If the hose is leaking, place the black washer into both ends of the hose to prevent leakage.
b. If the shower arm is leaking, it could possibly due to the short threads on the shower arm.
Place the spare washer on the mesh washer of the bracket nut to prevent water leakage.
c. If the bracket is leaking, it could possibly be due to the white plastic open O-ring of the bracket became loose during the long-term transit.
You will need to follow the steps above to reinstall.
Q2: Why does the shower head keeps falling down, and it doesnt securely hold on the bracket?
A2: Maybe you have the connections on the wrong ends. Switch the conical end to the shower head and it will fit in the holder
